AT 68 YEARS OLD I HAVE PURCHASED AND LEASED SEVERAL VEHICLES. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. EVERYONE AT METRO WAS GREAT. PARTICULARLY CHRIS HAVLOCK WITH WHOM I DEALT WITH. HE WAS PREPARED, PERSONABLE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS AND METRO.

I have had an amazing experience dealing with the service department with Denoyer Chevrolet on Stadium. We were referred to them by another local smaller business that was unable to figure out the problem with our Chevy Camaro. Denoyer never gave up trying, and they have been successful! Went in for an oil change. During inspection they found a blown axle. Before I could even decide how to reschedule, one of the owners gave me a loaner and it was fixed the next day. Conner is the best salesman hands down. My car died so I messaged him telling him that I needed a car ASAP! By the next afternoon he had a car picked out for me that was perfect and the process was super fast. From start to finish I was out of the office and had my new car in record time! I had the best experience here. Working with Ryan and Corey was so easy and turned the stressful process into such a peaceful process. My financial situation changed last minute and Ryan still found me a car within my means. Most people think of salesman as pushy and Ryan was the complete opposite. Not to mention just the welcoming you feel when you walk in the building everyone is just so friendly and ready to help anyway they can. I would 100% recommend DeNooyer to anyone.

Came in for an 8:30 appt which I knew would take 2-3 hours. At 11:20 I learned my car never got started because of a mistake in communication on their end. They recovered quickly, gave me a ride to and from a place to get lunch and expedited the work. Thankfully I was not in a hurry but this simple administrative mistake shouldn’t happen and I’m sure would piss some off a lot more than it did to me on that particular day.

Finally a dealership that has demo cars for people to drive. We were having difficulty finding a certain car to even test drive (other dealerships don't have any on their lots). Metro Toyota has assigned demo cars so people can atleast test drive what they are interested in and maybe want to order. Alex was very helpful and easy to work with.
