No one called me the day of my appt to update me even though you had car 3 days earlier and I had call days later to find out what's going on. I will never buy a Chevy or GM product again. I've nothing but horrible service at 2 dealerships and now a car that isn't drivable I still owe tons of money on. Definitely not satisfied at all. Will never recommend DeNooyer to anyone and tell them to stay away
Our purchase of a new Toyota was absolutely the best buying experience we've had. Salesman Jamie Baran, and Finance Kurtis Swinehart helped to make it that way. I think Ryan Hamet is the busiest Service Advisor you have - at least from my observations when there. Yet somehow, he still manages to maintain good lines of communication, updates, and thoroughly ensuring the concerns are addressed. Not to mention, he's offered options when it comes to considering a final cost, and that is always appreciated.

We ended up getting a nicer car then we planned on buying and everything was easy to understand and the financing part was just as easy with Paul the finance manager. I haven’t bought a car since 2018 and I was hesitant with all the price increases but Denooyer Chevrolet truly made the buying process a great experience and I am paying the same amount in payment I paid back in 2018. Go to Denooyer where you are treated with class A service and sales.

Best car buying experience I ever had. My salesman Alex was very accommodating where other Toyota dealerships wouldn’t even offer to order or find the car I wanted. There was no pushy sales tactics to get extra options or services. I received honest feedback on all features and options I explored. I also received a good quote on my trade-in comparable to Car Max. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others as well as going back to them when I’m in the market for another car.

On Friday May 16th, we brought our 2025 Blazer in to reinstall the LR Seat Lift Assist Spring on the backseat behind the driver. The spring had fallen out during the week. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist. We picked up the car at 1:53 pm on Friday May 16th.

I recently purchased a Crown Signia from Metro Toyota and Connor went the extra mile in obtaining the exterior color and interior I wanted. He also stayed in my price range. Also gave me a mini course in my new Crown as I had an appointment and promised to fill me in on the rest when I have time. Metro Toyota and Connor are a class act and I can’t thank them enough for putting me in the car of my dreams!
My lease was ending. Brian did due diligence trying to get me into a new lease but supported my decision to buy my car. Cory worked some magic and got me a 5 year extended warranty and extras for right where I wanted my payments to be. They took care of everything, all I needed to do was sign and drive away.
