Finally a dealership that has demo cars for people to drive. We were having difficulty finding a certain car to even test drive (other dealerships don't have any on their lots). Metro Toyota has assigned demo cars so people can atleast test drive what they are interested in and maybe want to order. Alex was very helpful and easy to work with.
I drive an hour each way just for the service that DeNooyer Chevrolet in Marshall offers to their customers. Less than 24 hours after I had the idea to finally pull the trigger on getting a new car we were driving down the road. Matt in sales and Zeb in Finance made this a no pressure process. They listened to what we wanted and didn’t want. I would definitely buy there again.
I’ll start by saying David Russell makes car buying easy. I reached out to him looking for a specific truck to match my wants and needs and he worked late nights and weekends to find me the truck fit for me. DeNooyer and David will forever have my business!
Took my 2018 F-150 in for a winding/coasting noise from the front. They replaced the front differential (which cost over $3,000), but the noise remained. I was then quoted over $2,000 to replace both front wheel hubs.
After I left a review of service, someone from the service department finally reached out offering to look at it again. However, no one had followed up with me in the weeks prior despite the issue not being resolved.
I ended up replacing both front wheel bearing and hub assemblies myself over Father’s Day weekend, and the noise is now completely gone.
