I came in for certified service after my check engine light came on and I honestly was not impressed. I checked in with Dan, who struck me as the kind of guy whom I should be weary of his smile, but didn’t let it bother me much. Had the opportunity to work with Dave and Joe and they were great all the way through the process. I purchased from out of state and since I was a few hour drive away, Dave went above and beyond and took the vehicle to a mechanic to get a pre-purchase inspection that I set up on the side. When I came in the next day, Joe had all the finance stuff ready for me that we talked on the phone about previously. They were both great to work with and made it a very smooth process.
The only thing I wish the did more on being personal and coming to get you and giving you a quote before you come in so you’re not sticker shot.

I haven’t bought a car since 2018 and I was hesitant with all the price increases but Denooyer Chevrolet truly made the buying process a great experience and I am paying the same amount in payment I paid back in 2018. Go to Denooyer where you are treated with class A service and sales.

My lease was ending. Brian did due diligence trying to get me into a new lease but supported my decision to buy my car. Cory worked some magic and got me a 5 year extended warranty and extras for right where I wanted my payments to be. They took care of everything, all I needed to do was sign and drive away.
